■This course includes live horse mackerel sashimi♪

Please enjoy freshly caught live fish straight from the fish tank.

Of course, our sashimi platters, grilled seafood, and creative dishes are all made with fresh seafood delivered directly from the market or procured on the same day.

Other dishes on offer include seasonal tempura and, for some reason despite being a seafood restaurant, the popular "Wagyu Tataki" (seared beef).

The final dish of the Spring and Summer courses is cold soba or udon.

We select the best fish species and origins according to the season.
